What Transformation In Three Weeks Looks Like
We’re almost at the end of May’s Transform Your Body program! We came, we saw, we learned, and we’re making CHANGE. This was such a special group of unique individuals who I will miss seeing on Wednesday nights!
The group had similarities, differences, and specific goals in mind. This program catered to bio-individual goals. The diversity of the group offered additional learning for participants, accountability, and companionship/connection. This course offered education on practical and sustainable weight loss, food/sugar addition, food allergies and intolerances, time management and meal prep, elimination diets, and most importantly what’s actually in the food we eat. With proper education you are set up for success!
We discussed setbacks and roadblocks, we shared successes and achievements, and we shared recipes and encouragement. In addition to food, we tackled healthy movement by setting a goal of 10,000 steps a day. Yes, this was a competition.. Who doesn’t love a good competition. Along with the steps, weekly homework was given out for the ability to dive deeper into transforming quicker.
