Podcasts Worth Sharing

There are plenty of moments we all want to learn more about our health, but don’t know where to turn. I have found podcasts to be my go-to source of information. It’s convenient to listen when you’re getting ready for work, in your car, traveling, going for a walk, or just hanging around the house.

I have learned so much from Dr. Cabral’s ‘The Cabral Concept’ (Apple Podcasts) who is a Natropath, Ayurvedic, and Functional Medicine Practitioner. He takes a deep and diverse dive into nutrition, food sensitivity, asthma, gut health, EMFs, stress, blood pressure, intermittent fasting, heavy metal toxicity, saunas, diabetes, thyroid, bacterial/yeast overgrowth, Ayurvedic healing, alternative medicine, etc. If you think you might have a “bizarre” health issue and every time you’ve gone to the doctor and they told you everything was normal, but you’re still stuck.. I can almost guarantee you will find answers through his podcasts. When I, myself, would be looking up specific issues or concerns, I would type in my concern and “Dr. Cabral” into google and something would always pop up. To learn more about Dr. Cabral you can visit his website: https://stephencabral.com.

Another podcast I would absolutely recommend is Dr. Mark Hyman’s ‘The Doctor’s Farmacy’ (Spotify and Apple Podcasts). Dr. Hyman is the Head of Strategy and Innovation of the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine and the founder/director of the UltraWellness Center. Not to mention he has been a 14x New York Times bestselling author. He covers topics like boosting immunity, fasting, brain health, inflammation, insulin resistance, autoimmune diseases, hormone health, obesity, anxiety/depression, OCD, ADHD, gut health, chronic fatigue, sleep, nutrition, COVID, heavy metals, acne, hair loss, cold sores, sugar addiction, cholesterol, mold exposure, GMOs, IBS, etc. The list goes on and on. Here is his website to learn more about him: https://drhyman.com.

I am so grateful for these two podcasts.
