It’s So Delicious.. How Can This Be Good For Me?!
If you’re into chocolate and banana milkshakes then you’ve hit the jackpot. Here’s my “it’s so delicious... how can this be good for me” smoothie recipe. The best part is.. it’s pretty damn good for you.
I would give you exact proportions, but thats not my style. Everyone likes a little more of this or that, so I will leave that up to you.
-Frozen bananas
-Cocoa powder
-Oat milk (almond milk also works)
-Almond butter
-A little bit of cinnamon
-Ice
Additional ingredients I always add because you can’t taste them and they are GREAT for you:
-Chia seeds
-Flaxseeds
-A handful of greens (Because why not)
